We are a US-based company urgently looking for a full-time BOOKKEEPER with Quickbooks and Shopify experience. This is a long term full time position, will incentivize the right talent!
The BOOKKEEPER will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities. Here are some of the tasks that the BOOKKEEPER will be responsible for:
- Directly report to the CEO and execute bookkeeping/accounting related instructions
- Process payables
- Account receivables
- Manage the company's bank accounts and other financial accounts
- Creation of financial transactions including posting information to accounting journals, Quickbooks, from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices.
- Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Pay any debt as it comes due for payment
- Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
- Conduct a periodic reconciliation of all accounts to ensure accuracy
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Maintain the chart of accounts
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
- Release payroll to USA employees, contractors, freelancers
- Other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.
