Need a freelance bookkeeper proficient in Quickbooks online to help us consistently create monthly financial statements.
- We are 2 months behind on closings, so they first job would be to catch that up.
- Thereafter, we would want someone to produce monthly FINAL (already reviewed by CFO and CEO) financial statements by the 10th each month.
- Revenue is primarily paid by check or ACH through our checking account
- Payroll and payroll related is key expense. We use Gusto for payroll.
- Also corporate credit card and employee reimbursed T&E are large expenses given project nature of the business.
- Young and rapidly growing technology company. -$500k of revenue last year. Expected to be -$4mm this year.
