Required API Development,PHP,Python,Web Scraping freelancer for Bot for trailing stoploss on Bittrex job

I would need a bot for a 10% trailing stoploss on Bittrex.

Situation: Whenever I buy a coin, I need a stoploss to be automatically added which is 10% lower than purchase price. If the price increases, the stoploss should trail the price, minus 10%.

For example, if the price is 1, stoploss should be 0.9. If price increases to 1.1, stoploss should be 1.01. If the price falls back to 1.05, stoploss should not go down but maintain at 1.01 (as per highest stoploss)
