Required Instagram freelancer for Build a Brand On IG job

Hello, so I am into the fitness, plant-based, vegan world. I want to build my brand online specifically IG. I also kinda want to touch on a little bit self-love and mental health stuff on my Instagram as well. But just haven't found the right person to help me with it. I am looking to build my Instagram and followers and also in the process of making my website to get people to go read my blog etc. would like to know if we can come up with a budget per month working on building my Instagram etc.
