I want someone to build a website using Wordpress. I need the developer to build me around 15-20 different pages.
I do have a current website that would like to have it Wordpress, to improve the speed of my site.

Essential point, I want my website to built in a way that it is:
- is mobile friendly
- simplistic design but professional looking
- Fast to load

Importantly and it can be easily converted to an app in the future if needed.
