Objective: To have an app that streamlines line the tracking of data and reports back on it, based on time of service, sales hourly and daily, labour via a time clock in and out with the added ability to invoice on selected dates. The app will integrate online so any user with access can view the live data.
Data:
We enter in data as with rego plates or purchase order numbers.
-The entry field must be no less then 10 characters
-The data will give you an option to proceed via a "next" button where you will select a service
-Services:
- New car Detail
- Used car Detail - Re Wash Detail - Yard Celan
- Labour hire
- Paint protection
- Interior protection
-All services will have a variable price point so once selecting the service you will then list
the price.
-The Rego/purchase order will then place into a queue that is visible and can be scrolled up and down to located the car and each rego/purchase order will have a time counting against it in minutes.
Once each rego/purchase order is completed you will select the item and it will need an option to complete and process payment where you will be able to selected the customer via the "customer accounts" pre entered.
Sales: all the data sales will combined and have an option to view total sales for the day based on whats entered and completed.
Labour: there will need to be a staff entry point where you can enter the staff name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number and rate of pay.
Timeclock: a section where you can click the staff name and it reports their clock on and clock out times.
Invoicing: a section that you can pull up a date range to generate sales for each client and send an auto invoice out and statement to a pre entered email address with a message. (please note there will need to be a client entry section like the staff entry but for clients with business name, ABN number, address, phone number, email.
