Required Project Management,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Business/Operations Manager job

Looking for someone to manage the implementation of a new Start-up
Individual must have project management experience (hiring and delegating tasks)
Shopify experience, graphic design and some marketing knowlegde amongst others.

Excellent spoken and written English
Must be willing to adapt to changing scenarios.
Project management:
-Lead projects by creating milestones for implementation.
-Check that project's milestone is being realized in time.

Key account management:
-Supporting our new customers
-Review and verify customer’s complaints and problems then forward them to the IT department.
-Discuss and estimate new functionality for customers and to observe and manage the implementation in accordance with the relevant Department
