Required C#,ASP.NET freelancer for C# coding best practices job

Hi,

My organization has developed a product which consists of multiple projects. In each project, there are some config variables being declared. Config variables are used in all project classes and some of them are being used multiple times. Instead, I want a global file for storing all these configurations. So, by writing them once, we need to use the same in multiple projects of my product. The product is working but the coding standards are not followed properly. Looking for a freelancer who could sort them out and make my code look according to the industry standards.
