I'm looking for someone to draw the architectural plans needed for a 1st round submittal to the city of San Francisco for an addition to my home. I would like the plans drawn in SketchUp. I have the original plans for the house for reference and have sketched the desired changes on paper. The scope of the project incudes providing the plans for the following changes:
-Adding a 2nd story with roof top deck onto the existing rear 1st story family room
-Dig out of the crawl space below the rear 1st story
-Staircase connecting the basement to the 1st floor, 2nd floor and roof top deck
-2nd story will have master bedroom including a master bath and closet
-Removal of the 1st floor full bathroom and closet to make room for a staircase
-Plans are needed for all elevations including the topography of the land
