Our company is a virtual call center with available positions on an Inbound project. We have a home based team specialised in attending our clients, calling from Switzerland and solving the situations they are presenting, guided by training and prelearned procedures.
You would need to be hard working, motivated, quick solution finder, creative and mandatory to have a fluent level of german speaking.
