Required software development freelancer for Cannot connect to RDweb on the Remote Desktop Services Gateway running Windows 2012 R2 job

I have a Remote Desktop Service running on Windows Server 2012 R2 using a DC server, GW server and 3 RDSH. The GW server went down and we had to reload the GW software. GW is up and RDSH have been added to the collection. The License Manager is running as well. Can publish RemoteApps. Just can't connect to the RDweb to download the remoteapp RDP either internally or externally. Suspect something to do with IIS Manager.
