We have a website that has a database of various business users in different sectors around the world who want to cross sell, network, have business problems solved etc. We want a chatbot that will make recommendations based on chats with users and if it does not have the answer in the database, say i will get back to you or something then alert my team. It must work on an "if/then" methodology
Chatbot must either ask pre defined questions then collect the data and answer questions etc.
