Required Complaint Management freelancer for Complaints Officer job

Looking for an energetic person to join our team to be a Customer advocate and deal with all forms of Customer complaints. The ideal person must have experience working with Customer complaints and be familiar with the Australian market.

Your tasks will be.
-Contacting customers who lodge complaints.
-Manage complaints from beginning to end.
-Issue resolution documentation and ensure that complaints are closed.
-Manage repairs and warranty issues for Customers

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS HOURS.
