Required Computer Vision,Machine Learning,OpenCV freelancer for Computer vision research document job

Looking for a professional dealing with computer vision. I would like to commission the preparation of 2 document views and compare the effectiveness of known computer vision algorithms
-FITTING PAINTING/POSTERS to flat wall -
Test CV algo for fitting painting/posters/view to a wall. So we try to match a painting with picture of a wall in a room where sb wants to put the decoration.
- IDENTIFICATION FAST MOVING OBJECTS - Test CV algo for recognising fast moving ball, like squash or tennis ball
- Identification of GENDER, AGE and CONDITION OF EMOTIONAL PEOPLE DIRECTLY BEFORE THE CAMERAS.

As for the structure of the document, besides the description of selected algorithms, they must be presented with the results of their tests based on the same test video.
