We need a Senior Google Cloud DevOps to guide customers to find a solution on AWS via remote guidance, screen sharing, no access to the system only if there is no other solution.

- You would receive tickets which you should discuss in a call with the customer and understand their problem in English (if the problem is not clear from the ticket). Guide the customer to a solution and if required, the customer can do screensharing.

SLA is from 8am to 6pm CET, the response time should be <4 hours


Requirements:
- Google Cloud expert
- Fluent English
