Required software development freelancer for ConnectWise Manage Consultant Needed job

I recently set up Connectwise Manage for my consulting company. I'm utilizing this system for help desk, projects, sales and administrative tasks. I also intend to integrate with Quickbooks. I have things mostly running, but there are many adjustments that need to be made for everything to be running optimally. I have a list of things that need to be fixed. Ideally, I would like to share my screen with the consultant and have the consultant control my computer and/or tell me where to click to make the necessary changes. I anticipate that there will be at least 10 hours of work at first and then further adjustments will be needed over the upcoming weeks and months. I will most likely need this help in the evening or on the weekends (USA Eastern Time). For the right candidate, it's possible that I would even make the person a part-time team member to help monitor tickets, etc. The candidate can be located anywhere in the world. Thanks!
