Required software development freelancer for Convert our Symfony API Server to Docker job

We currently build our API Servers manually but we want to switch to Docker to reap benefits such as reproducible environments.
We have attempted to do this in-house but have run into some issues that would probably be easier solved by someone who has done this before.
Ideally, you will have experience with the following technologies and how best to integrate this with docker:
- Docker + Compose
- Symfony
- Nginx
- Composer
- Pecl
The API Server will also need to talk to some external services such as MongoDB, Cloudinary, Stripe etc. Ideally, we should be able to configure these for each environment using environment variables.
The success criteria of this project is that we would be able to configure and launch a local development environment with only docker as a dependency and be able to create production-ready AMIs for deployment to AWS
