Required Legal freelancer for Corporate attorney for small businesses (2), with international experience job

I'm looking for a corporate attorney to help me figure out the WHAT & WHERE of legal entities to file for two businesses described below, given their present and projected growth plans and given the fact that I will be running them out of London from March onward (while permanent address remains in USA).

1) ecommerce business, run on Shopify/Amazon
2) tutoring business, growing and hiring tutors who primarily teach from California to students all around the world

In the future would hope to work together to consult on tax issues, contracts, IP as both companies grow. Ideally we could work on this first project together (filing for 2 legal entities) and grow a longer term relationship, but this is not required.
