Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Creativity Test Validation job

Our CEO's academic lab has been researching creativity and mindfulness for over a decade. She has developed the first broad creativity test instrument that goes beyond just measuring verbal fluency and have collected data over the past 10+ years. She is now validating this test to be able to put it on the market she will need help with that. You will need to have thorough knowledge of Test Validation and preferably background in creativity research or at least a passionate willingness to learn. Academic publishing is possible as is longer-term employment if initial collaboration goes well.
