We are looking for a CRM developer to program a CRM for us and link it with Stripe and our Database. Our platform is programmed on Node.js. Our service is a subscription based product.
We need the following functions:
- See all customers
- See all orders
- See all dog profiles
- Move customers through different statuses (Lead, Customer, Cancelled)
- Move orders through different statuses (Ready for Production, Shipped)
- See if the payment failed of succeeded.
- Be able to edit the user profile
- Be able to edit the
- The user has a dog profile connected to his account.
- See a history of the dog's profile (If the user made changes to the profile of the dog.) See the current actual data of the dogs profile
- Create a feeding card pdf for us to print out according to the users order. (Template made)
- Have automated emails to the customers
- Be able to send emails manually choosing from email templates to the customer (retargeting purposes)
- Be able to edit and add email templates
Dashboard:
-Daily orders
-Orders which have to get produced
- Amount of leads
- Revenue
The CRM has to be user friendly and easy/ modern interface.
