Hey everybody! We're looking for a world-class website designer / design team.
Website structure is essentially similar to a crowdfunding website e.g. Kickstarter
PROJECT PAGES
Users can create an account, or log in using email, facebook or google.
Users can create their own profile pages where they can upload text, photos, videos and audio. These projects also appear on a main project page which shows ''all my projects'' which shows all of that user's live pages (the user has the option to make pages live OR offline)
On both the user's pages are ''Donate'' buttons which allow payments to be made by visitors (all donate buttons lead to payment processing to the same bank)
There is also a general page which shows "Projects'' of many different users. Each with a thumbnail photo and title, with a link leading to more details about that project.
There is also a messaging facility, whereby users and visitors (non-registered site visitors) can communicate directly (privately) on the site. This should be integrated with email notifications.
PAYMENT GATEWAYS
N.b. Creators should also be able to donate to other creators (without having to make a separate login account).
N.b. 2 We also need a separate payment gateway which allows creators to pay our company. This facility will charge a fixed price, plus variable price based upon international postage costs (we are sending them products).
MAP
The Map / Explore page allows site visitors to see a "world map'' of all projects and where they are located geographically. When a project is clicked-on, the visitor will be taken to that individual project page.
THE REST
The rest of the website is fairly simple / standard practice. An accordion; integrating a couple of pinterest widgets; contact form etc. There are roughly 8-10 more pages to be created.
We will supply all written content, artwork and design style / font / branding. What is most important is that you have a good sense of space, design and UX.
With this in mind, please begin your application by answering the following questions:
Please supply 5 of your best-designed websites (keep in mind we value clean, minimal and high UX)
Give a fixed cost budget to produce this website as described in this document.
