We are a growing manufacturer/e-commerce company that manages and distributes3 consumer brands.We sell online and distribute to large retailers within the U.S. We are looking for afulltime customer service representative to assist in managing promotional offers via email and responding to store messages online. There is no phone support needed.
This position is perfect for a multi-tasker who is organized, efficient, independent and well-written.
Please find the details below:
1.Minimum 40 hours weekly, 7 days a week (hours are flexible and could increase to 50 hrs per business demand)
2. High volume email account with multiple users
3. Online messages must be responded to within 12 hours, 7 days a week-including weekends and holidays
4. Microsoft Excel and Gmail skills are required
5. Strong English language, grammar and general communication skills
