SPIC AND SPAN. Home & Office Cleaning is an online marketplace matching private and commercial customers with experienced cleaners in Germany, France, and Poland. SPIC AND SPAN. Home & Office Cleaning is a registered trademark of A&K Ventures, a company founded in July 2016 by Karol Kaczmarek and Amadeusz Annissimo.
The platform was launched in September 2016. Initially available just in Berlin. Currently, the platform serves customers in Germany, France, and Poland.
Who are we looking for?
Business Development Intern at SPIC AND SPAN. will play a critical role in providing an interface between platform users and the company. We are looking for candidates who have:
- Good communications skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle the pressure
- Active problem-solving skills (resolve issues quickly & diligently)
- Fluency in English
- German, French or Polish are also desired but are not a must
- Interest in IT world, IT solutions like apps, marketplaces, etc.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about services, take/change/cancel bookings, resolve issues/complaints
- Keep/update records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Process bookings and applications.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Undertake measures designed to gain new customers and expand into new markets.
