We are looking for freelancers to help us with our customer service activities.

Your tasks will be to:
- Handle customer queries and complaints via email in English language
- Proactively resolve all customer queries and problems

(removed by Toogit admin) is using ZenDesk (email) for customer service activities.

Working hours: minimum 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule
