Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for CV / Resumer Parser job

We have built a jobs platform for the construction industry in Australia and one of the key features is a CV / Resumer parser where users can upload their CV in PDF or Doc format and it should fill out their profile for them.

We are currently using a 3rd party API but we probably have a less than 5% strike rate of it working.

Our platform is built in Vue.js and Laravel and we are looking for someone who can provide and implement a solution for a CV parser that has closer to a 90% strike rate.

Whether or not this relies on a better 3rd party API or not we are open to.

Issues we have:
- The current parser only really works if the document has little to zero formatting
-Needs to better populate our profile pages once uploaded.
