I would like to develop a trading algo that can use certain data input that I can find and parse to produce an estimator (i.e. bullish/bearish signal) and backtest the strategy. I would like a freelancer who have some experience dealing with trading data, backtesting strategies, experienced with pandas, numpy, sklearn would help.
