We are looking for a Data Scientist to help us automate a manual content labeling operation, preferably using Google's AutoML.
We have approximately 10K english language travel articles (sourced from a number of publishers) that have been manually tagged with attributes such as topic/subtopic, persona, season, budget, etc. The attributes are part of a fixed schema/taxonomy that we have created ourselves.
We will provide you with our existing articles/tags as training data and a micro-service to extract body text from the articles. We also have a large quantity of untagged articles for testing the model and will provide whatever human judgement needed to verify the classifications.
If you have experience in implementing these kinds of solutions, ideally with AutoML, and can devote significant time to this in the next coming weeks, please apply!
Would prefer a fix rate for this task, but would be open to hourly if there is some guarantee on amount of time to deliver.
