I am looking for data scraping expert in python who can provide us scripts to scrape data from a website. The page has captcha so it needs to be handled. Then the files needs to be downloaded and stored in a systematic folder structure. The file name should be modified to the data field selected.

All these files are by default in aspx format so rename the file to pdf format extension. Then, we would like you to scrape these PDF to capture a specific data and store it in a csv/excel sheet.

These data points are to be further entered into a captcha protected web page. This will give us a tabular data which needs to be scraped and stored in csv or mySQL database.

This is the entire brief of the project.
