RefineRE is a technology company. Our platform quickly organizes financial data by location for tenants who lease space in multiple commercial real estate buildings across different markets. Using our platform helps users identify risks and opportunities from the perspective of spending money on commercial real estate.
(It helps if you have some knowledge of the industry, but it's not imperative.)
The right Data Visualization Lead for RefineRE will have:
- Worked at a company that depends on data
- Cleaned and organized data for visualization
- Built visualizations and dashboards in Tableau
- Used Excel, Python or R in a corporate setting
- Some knowledge of scripting or willingness to learn
Day to day, you'll sit on the Product team and participate in the entire design cycle, from concept through implementation of new features.
A self-starter will quickly find opportunities to lead in these areas:
- Fitting new client data into RefineRE structure
- Building proofs-of-concept for new product features
- Implementing improvements to automated workflows
- Working with outside data partners and engineers
You'll report to the Product Manager, who will encourage you to be creative, vocal, results-driven, and dedicated to building something awesome. It helps if you love commercial real estate as much as we do.
