Required software development freelancer for Database Architect Needed job

We are looking for someone with proven previous experience with large-scale NoSQL databases in a setting where there is a requirement of high-throughput and low latency. Ideally, it would be someone whose primary job in the past was managing a large NoSQL database from the following list:

- DynamoDB
- BigTable
- Cassandra

The challenges we have (and therefore, the challenges we want them to have experience with) are:

1. Scalability to up to 100TB of storage.
2. Guaranteed low-latency queries at all times.
3. Periodic parallel scans of the database to aggregate data, without disrupting the availability of the site.
4. High write throughput (over 15000 writes/sec) as we update the data constantly.

We currently run everything on AWS
