Required VMware freelancer for dd-wrt R7000P routing from WAN to LAN Public Addresses (Block of 16) job

Modem with DD-WRT is currently running in 'Gateway' mode with 'Port Range Forwarding' working after delegating domain to 'NS1' using ISP statically assigned address (address added to DNS Server and to DNS entries for hosted sites). I use 3 proxy servers (two are SQUID) from internal network. I want to expose my Public network (public block of addresses I own - 16) to the Internet (like I did before on ADSL2+ when I simply put the modem in router mode). My ISP uses VLAN 2 for connections (this is not a problem now). I am connected to NBN now and have a Netgear R7000P modem/router/NAT with DD-WRT flashed to it that I need to configure for the job. The modem from the ISP (Archer V1600v) doesn't seem to have the scope of settings.
