Required Adobe Photoshop,Graphic Design freelancer for Design a hoodie job

I want the whole design to be made entirely out of circles, small circles, big circles, any size, any color, but it has to be a circle. so close up you will see the circles, but from a distance, you will see the picture. I want you to go with your imagination, thinking of a cool design for a hoodie. The only rule is the circle rule, which I already said. Maybe you could do a person's shadow in front of a building on the hoodie, but I want you to run with it, use your imagination. I am creating a clothing line, and my first line is the circles, which is what you are doing.
