We need someone to design a schematic and a PCB layout of a Raspberry Pi 3 hat/addon board that drivers all 4 peripherals of 4 lockers, so a total of 16 peripherals. For each locker we have the following peripherals:
1.) CABINET LOCK:

3.) 1 meter (60 LEDs) of SMD 2835-60 LED STRIPE:

- we need headers for all peripherals
- the final deliverable will include the schematic, the layout, the complete BOM, and all the files necessary to send this to a fab house
- we need a BOM as well and components should be sourced from farnell.com
- we prefer SMD components that can be easly hand soldered
- we want to mount the PCB with 4 screws
- Rapsberry's inputs, outputs and power should be protected, so no electrical noise interfere with it
- addon board will be powered by a Meanwell SP-200-12 PSU
- If a jumper is set the Raspberry should be powered from the addon board
