Required Apple Xcode,iOS Development,iPhone App Development,Swift freelancer for Develop iOS app job

I have already a website where i post news/article.
I need someone to develop an app for iOS for my website. The app will be really basic, only a homepage with swippable cards like tinder, like you can understand, you have to show my article in webview mode inside a card, users have to swipe cards to close the article and see the next one, it should be possible to scroll inside a card so users can read my article.
You need to pre-load fews cards so my users can swipe between cards without waiting everytime..
you need also to configure the push notifications but it will be easy, I want to use something like signal one or similar program.

Note : my website is mobile-friendly, so the articles will fit perfectly inside cards.
