Required CMS Development,Database Modeling,Project Management,Intuit QuickBase freelancer for Developer needed for creating a CRM/workflow/project management solution for our growing company job

We are a growing education company with operations in Seoul, Korea and Saigon, Vietnam. We are seeking to build a CRM/database solution. We are intelligent people who are utterly ignorant of this domain; we suspect that a buildout in Quickbase or something similar would likely suffice, rather than a full-on proprietary from scratch solution, but that's the extent of our knowledge in this realm.
