An experienced developer to build a new Website (designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code at the end)
What the Website must contain:
The website contains twenty pages, split into two segments (e.g. 2 languages). The content is about financial advice.
Images must be carefully chosen from free image banks and be selected carefully matching the corresponding text and content as well as the color regime and style of the entire design.
Responsive Design is a must, which works well for all kind and sizes of devices as well as for a desktop version.
Parallax-Design is preferable but not a must.
A modified template can be chosen maybe if modifications are not limited to the chosen template.
A Wireframe and then Mock-up has to be worked out in a first step, with unlimited rounds included, if necessary, if we not satisfied.
The Website comes with sliders and text boxes with a hyperlink to the corresponding page,
a contact page with a classic Form section included, where messages can be sent.
A Google map section.
And a news/media Box where news or media publications can be shown with the link to the full text/ the full content of that media content.
Some pages of the Website are only accessible with a password and are not included and listed in the Google search Index or any other crawlers.
Further, the Website has to come in an SEO friendly version, with Google Analytics inserted on every single page.
And the disclaimer webpage
And at the end, the Website has to be listed at the Google Index as a new Website.
Then, the existing Domain gets linked with a Host and the Website must be uploaded at a Hosting-platform to finalize the project and makes the Website finally comes live.
Important, any programming is made using a CMS friendly System, which has to be discussed first, in order to make any modifications in the future (month or years to come).
In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience and tell us about some projects you had successfully completed. Candidates should submit a couple of their previous work of such Websites, which can be visited live and those Sites are running (not just screenshots), in order to see the results of their work and we get a clear idea how the work was done and the Website's functions are working and implemented.
There is no time pressure on our side, the candidate has up to a month time to finalize the project if other work interrupts that job, is no problem, we are flexible.
The quote must include the wireframe and then mock-up with unlimited rounds and then the milestones offered, till the work is completely done. Unlimited rounds are part of the job and must be included.
The candidate must be able to communicate and talk, so things can be easily clarified so no misunderstandings interrupt the process.
