Required CSS,HTML,MySQL Programming freelancer for Developer needed for customizations on a Yii PHP framework application job

A freelancer or a team of freelancers are needed to work on an ongoing live web application that is built in Yii php framework and is being used. The applications requires additional changes/ enhancements. The freelancer should be able to take a training or handover on the current application so that he can start with the tasks on hand.
