I am looking for a simple inventory management system that will be web based, can be wordpress etc.. Output will look similar to Microsoft Excel
I currently have a working example in excel but would like to move to a gui web based.
inventory management, sales summary. A quick run down; sneaker related.
-login to page to your account
-select a pre determined item (that I can set for users to see)
-they select size/qty/purchase price/release date (example qty 5 size 8, qty 2 size 9)
-next screen populates result into inventory, each item per line, this screen will show 7 lines (5+2 from above)
-on this page you will have sold price / sold source (location sold which i will provide) / net made (% of fees vary based on sold source selected from previous column.. Quick example
*size 8 sold for $300 source flightclub (flight club triggers set which which i would set, example 20%) next column which is net made $300-20%= ($240 will be displayed)
*size 9 sold for $300 source stockx (fees are 8% + an additional 2.9% which would be triggered from selecting stockx, example $300, sold on stock x, net would display (300 - 8% & -2.9%) = $267.99
I can provide all sell sources and fee structure (but would like this customization and editable by me.
***Update***
See attached images
screen #1, will be clickable sneakers to take you to screen #2.
screen #2, for adding sneakers, users can login and access their own database (me the admin will set the item/item name/sku/release date/msrp) each user will edit their purchase price/qty/purchase date.
screen #3, inventory page (similar looking to excel sheet/sort-able) all of the fields would be populated from data on screen #2, with additional fields (sold source, sold price, price after fees, profit) drop down sold source will be preset sources the user has defined.
Sold source is VERY important, users will add their sources from their control panel, which will have certain fees based on source).
Example source stock x -10.9%
Sold $200, select stock x from drop down sold source column. Sold after fees $178.20 ($200-10.9%).. profit column would be value of sold after fees column -purchase price.
screen #4, final screen is full reporting customization based on output users want. (Total cost, total profit, profit based on xxxxx specific sneaker)
