Required Adobe InDesign freelancer for Diet & Exercise eBook design job

Design a 70 page ebook
Format: 8.5' x 11'
Final product using InDesign CS5.5
First 10 pages are explanatory text with one or two photos per page.
Last 60 pages are day by day diet menus and exercises for the 12 week course
Each day could be on a separate page
Primary audience would be 20-30 year old females, so design should be fun and slightly feminine.
The job, once submitted should take 2-3 weeks to complete
I can send a couple of pages of the text for you to play with.
The project pays $Can 250.
