BACKGROUND
We are a small, enthusiastically driven hardware startup that is planning to launch a unique input gadget on a Kickstarter campaign in early-fall so now we have a lot of preparational work. Our current prime goal is to build a community around the product through collecting email from the landing page and facebook group.
BRIEF POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a digital marketing specialist that will be able to create generate leads (emails and Facebook members) through FB fine-tuned banner advertisement and the group's posts promotion.
Banners and posts content is on our side.
WORK SCOPE
- Proper adjustment of the Facebook advertisement (banners, forms, and posts promotion)
- Fine-tuning the CPL and other stats to targeted one.
- Timely recognition and taking proper action to fix badly adjustment ads
- Generating and adjustment the ads for discovering new audiences
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience of FB ads
- Ability to work hard with limited supervision
- Preferably native Russian speaker.
