We're looking to backfill some support to our team that's already in place.
We need someone to pick up the ball once a job is closed, and ensure that deliverables are communicated effectively to the client, and that the team member performing the work has everything they need to do a great job, on time and on budget, and that finally, the client is fully satisfied with the work performed.
Hours will scale up and down based on the clients that need the help, though adding this position will mean we will close more work, which will mean more needs doing, rate will go up, etc.
