Hi. The project is to make architectural and construction drawings of new house. Design is already decided by the client, they will use an existing design with some minor changes. It is a one story house 150-200m2.
Milestone 1 - Architectural drawings:
- Required drawings are situation plan (1:400) plan, sections, and facades in 1:100
- Drawings are to be delivered in pdf format aswell as a dwg, preferably also as 3d model in archicad.
I will supply you with the original design with the comments of needed changes.
Milestone 2 - At a later stage when building permit is granted construction drawings are also needed.
- One technical section that shows all materials and connection in scale 1:50
I would supply you with a reference section with comments that should be adapted to this house.
If things work well there are many more similar projects to come.
