I created a 50+ page guide (with a simple journal) for sleep optimization compiling a large amount of notes from books, podcasts, etc. It is somewhat organized now but I would like to polish it up and make it look professional, organized, balanced, and formatted with some relevant imagery if possible. (Images not absolutely necessary). I would also like the format to be for pdf and ebook readers (and possibly CreateSpace).

Other Information: My company is 'The Human Upgrade Project' and this guide will be part of a sub project 'The Sleep Upgrade Project'. I do not have an official title for the eGuide yet.
