Hi there!
I'm looking for an executive coach who can help me during the week 1/2 hour each day. MUST speak English.
We'll be on video chat or the phone 1/2 hour each day at a regular time. During this session, you'll be helping me:
1. Stay accountable for various habits and goals
2. Set goals and create action plans
3. Become aware of ways I can improve my work and productivity
If you are a good fit, there is room to grow and expand responsibilities in this position. Since I have not tried working with an executive coach before, I want to test this for 2 weeks (hence short-term), and if it's a good arrangement for both parties, then I'd like to extend this to a long-term arrangement.
I think that you'll enjoy and excel at this job if you are naturally supportive and encouraging, curious, and transparent. You'll get to learn about how scientists are trying to cure disease and understand health at a top research university like Stanford, and be part of supporting that work!
