Formula Review: Ingredient compliance in terms of novel food status and /or restricted ingredients (Total of -23 ingredients to be evaluated)
2- Path to market based on regulatory classification: Detailed registration / commercialization process associated with category (ALL markets)
- Timing, fees, product notification process/materials required
- Import/export requirements
- Regulatory/tax implications of producing locally vs. importing
- How long after market approval do they have to be on the market, as appropriate
- Anything else that would be helpful/required to bring product into market
3- Label / Claim review: All labels will be quite similar with the exception of a few claims. (ALL markets)
- Compliance of current labels, and whether translation is required
- Mandatory and voluntary information, including claims
Estimated completion time for 1: 14h for 2: 8 h and for 3:12h
