Required software development freelancer for Expert in web application security to consult emerging startup (San Diego, CA only) job

I am a self taught web developer who has created a web application that serves as a city guide and business advertisement.

For the last few years I have been focusing on development and I have been very relaxed about security. I would like to consult with someone familiar with web app security to get the best recommendations to start increasing some basic levels of protection, including basic protection from DoS attacks and access to database.

The architecture that I have implemented and some of the goals I would like to achieve will share with you soon once you hired. In specifc, I need you to be expert in these 3 areas and have experience configuring security on them.

- Azure Web Services (configuring security options):
- NodeJS
- Apache2 server

This is for a person in San Diego, CA only. I would like us to meet in person at a coffee shop or public place and I would like to walk you through the system and then pick your brains for what I need to do to help the site be more secure. I offer to pay your coffee and breakfast and lunch plus 4 hours of your time.

This is for a consultation / mentoring type task. I will be asking questions and taking notes. If you don't like explaining what you are doing or sharing what you know you are not the right person for this project.
