Required Computer Vision,OpenCV,Python freelancer for Extract form outline from scanned image job

I am looking for an image processing algorithm that can extract the outer boundaries of a tabular form, from its scanned image. The original image and enhanced edge imageswill be forwarded to you. The outer edge of the form has discontinuities and other shapes overlapping. I need a generic algorithm that takes care of these scenarios. It would is preferable for the algorithm to be developed in python.
