Patient flow coordination, contacting and answering clients inquires by FB, web-chat, SMS, emails (average 60 text messages per day in all communication channels), telephone calls (10 min a day in average), clients registration and information exchange using clouded document.
Good communication skills, fluent Estonian, Russian and English are mandatory, previous experience in customer service is beneficial.
The expected reply speed for inquires is expected to be not longer then 2 hours within regular working hours. The FB reply speed target is 15 min.
Option to reply clients during weekends and out of regular working hours would be beneficial and will help to earn bonuses. We provide the fixed salary and bonus system for additional registrations over the baseline.
