I have an Android Studio app that was developed by a freelancer who unfortunately did not have time to complete the project. I am looking for a new Android Studio developer who will step in and continue the work. The developer needs to have a good grasp of the English language because one of the tasks will be to document/comment the source code (a task that the other developer failed to do). There are a list of tasks that was assigned to the previous developer that can be found attached to this posting that he never got started on. This will serve as the basis for your bid.
