System: Odoo.sh v12 Enterprise edition

Context: We have a branch running with 20 users and we're using the multicompany feature. We have organized our users into different groups in order to manage access rights and record rules. Somehow (for whatever reason I don't know) at the beginning of the project, we were able to create two groups and assign users to them
- Application = User Types, Name = Experts -> User Types/Experts
- Application = User Types, Name = Admin -> User Types/Admins
Odoo gives me an Odoo Server Error saying ' The user cannot have more than one user types' When:
- I try to add a new user to one of those two groups
- I try to remove an existing user of one of those two groups
- I try to assign a new company to a new or existing user
We need help fixing this issue. We would give you access to our odoo.sh via github. Please let us know what you think.
